  I have a burnt excavator that needed all of the accessories and brackets on the engine. I was given a very fair price, quick responses via email/photos but more importantly, when we opened the crate on our end, all of the parts were clean with bolts reattached, harnesses were zip stripped, injectors were put in separate bags and labeled w/ their #. They spent a extra 15 minutes packing and saved us 4 hours sorting things out. Well worth the few extra dollars for the long distance shipping (Tampa Florida). - V.I.   I'm from Ontario and recently purchased a part for my excavator. I spoke with a gentlemen named Duncan who was very professional and helpful. He knew exactly what part I was looking for. He even sent me pictures to make sure before I ordered my part, and told me exactly when I would be receiving my part. VI Equipment is very honest and I highly recommend if you need parts to call them.
